A family portrait of Northern Gannets in flight printed on a professional lustre photo paper.

The photo was taken during my recent visit to Noss Nature Reserve in Shetland, where I was able to observe and photograph these beautiful sea birds up close! Gannets in flight is a show I could watch for hours (and I do, given an opportunity). These majestic birds circling above one’s head are as hypnotising as fascinating.
This photo was shortlisted to the final round of British Wildlife Photography Awards 2022!
